Gerry is a founding member of the Wilmete Wings Soccer Club and was the 1st Director of Soccer. Gerry served as the Strength and Conditioning coach of the Chicago Fire from 2003 to 2004 and during his tenure with they won the US Open Cup (2003) and made it to the MLS Final (2003). Gerry is a national instructional staff coach for the United States Soccer Federation, and he one of the youngest coaches ever to earn his National "A" coaching license.
