Home Game Change Field Request Procedures
To request a game change, the Team Manager/Coach must follow the instructions below:
1. Send an email to the Wilmette Wings Administrator (jillkrueger@wilmettewings.com) with the following game information:
o Team, Original date, Time, Game number
EXAMPLE: (U13 Red Girls, 3/18, 12:00, 442)
o Desired date and time, (you may hold up to 3 options, please list in order of preference.)
The Administrator will hold available options for up to 24 hrs. (You will hear back from the Administrator within 24 hours. If you have not, please resend).
2. Manager/Coach must contact the opponent’s manager with game options. Once agreed, email the administrator with your game choice. The administrator will assign your team a field and send a confirmation email back to you within 24 hours.
3. Manager/Coach must update their League’s website (IWSL at www.IWSL.com or YSSL at www.yssl.org) to officially change the game. (refer to the IWSL or YSSL Game Change Rules in the Team Manager Manual).
