Congratulations!

Players that made the team will receive an email invitation to join the team. To accept the invitation to play for the Wings you MUST FOLLOW THE LINK IN YOUR EMAIL TO REGISTER AND PAY by June 9th at 5pm to confirm your decision to join the team.

Payment in full for your team registration fee will be required at acceptance. Failure to accept within in the time frames posted below will result in forfeiture of your spot on the team.

If you decline your position, please call the Wings hotline as soon as possible and leave your name, bib number and team for which you are declining a spot.

Alternates will be notified by phone if they have been moved on to a team due to a vacated spot.

Registration Date: Wednesday, June 11th

Registration Location: Wilmette Community Rec Center

Registration Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Registration Requirements - What you must bring with you:

• One copy of your player's birth certificate (New Players Only)
• One copy of your health insurance card. FRONT AND BACK OF CARD MUST BE COPIED ON ONE SHEET OF PAPER.
• Payment of $215 to Wilmette Bike Shop for uniform purchase (New Players Only) and optional purchase of Wings merchandise.
• The following documents should be printed out and completed:

  • Emergency Medical Release and Liability Waiver
  • Player/Parent Code of Conduct
  • Parent Volunteer Form
  • IWSL League Registration Form

Alternate Players: If a player(s) declines a position, you will be contacted by a Wings representative. Alternates will be contacted beginning June 9th after 5pm.
